With decades of experience and a deep love for the trade, Wayne brings a wealth of knowledge to every project—helping with everything from accurate job quoting and materials ordering to keep things running smoothly. Known for his friendly nature and love of conversation, he’s always happy to chat and make sure every detail meets our family’s high standards. When he’s not working, Wayne enjoys fixing up his antique home, finding deals at local flea markets, and spending time with his four grandchildren.
Dan Graham
Owner
Dan leads each project to completion with a hands-on approach that ensures every detail exceeds the client’s expectations. Known for his craftsmanship and versatile skill set, he takes great pride in delivering results that homeowners truly appreciate. When he’s not building, Dan enjoys tinkering in his barn workshop and spending time with family.
Damaris Graham
Business Manager
The friendly face behind the scenes and the organizational glue that keeps everything running, Damaris manages scheduling, bookkeeping, communications, and marketing. With a strong sense of community and a passion for supporting both clients and crew, she ensures every project starts and ends on the right foot. In her free time, Damaris enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, Dan, and their two daughters.
Beans Graham
Chief Morale Officer
Beans is our family mascot and is always ready to provide moral support with his goofy personality and his love of snack breaks. While he doesn’t typically go to jobs with us, he’s always up for an adventure! In his off time Beans loves to hike, play in streams, and eat sticks that he isn’t supposed to eat.
